I decided to try this to quit smoking, and it's been pretty helpful. The bar across the bottom hole gives resistance when you breathe in, making it feel like taking a drag. If you're like me and don't know what to do with your hands when quitting, this is perfect! Even when I'm not using it like a cigarette, playing with it on the chain helps too!
